In your Helpling account, go to 'More’ -> ‘View my ratings'. Here you can view your ratings and request one from new customers.
To view the reviews your customers have left you, go to ‘More’ -> ‘View my Ratings.' Here you can see your ratings and request one from customers who have not left any feedback yet.
